My name is Salima Sediqi, and for as long as I can remember, gold has been part of my life—not just as something we wear, but as something we carry. I was born into a family of jewelers, where gold wasn’t just jewelry—it was tradition, protection, and love. My father, uncles, brother, and cousins all worked with gold. It ran through our family like a lifeline, shaping not only what we did, but who we were. From an early age, I watched their hands craft meaning into metal. I saw how each piece told a story of family, of heritage, of resilience. In many cultures, 21K gold is cherished not only as a symbol of celebration, but as a treasured investment—something to hold onto during life’s most uncertain moments.
